Our Japanese Oolong Tea is crafted in the mountains of Nara using equipment from Taiwan, the home of Oolong tea. Oolong tea is semi-oxidized, placing it somewhere between green tea (unoxidized) and black tea (fully oxidized). Japanese Oolong tea undergoes a shorter oxidation process than Chinese/ Taiwanese Oolong, creating a lighter flavor.
Recommended for: mid-morning to early evening

- Add 150ml (5 fl oz) of boiling water (100ºC [212ºF])
- Steep for 90 seconds (1.5 minutes) and serve
