Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 7 day return/ exchange policy, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to make a request. If you are unhappy with the product received, we are happy to exchange it given the following:

  1. Due to food safety, we are unable to accept any returns on tea or other food items
  2. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging 
  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
  4. Must have order confirmation/ proof of purchase


To start an exchange, please contact us at teateatea304@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and reason for exchange.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
