Our Hōjicha (Roasted Green Tea) is made by nurturing green tea leaves during the rainy season and is roasted at high temperatures. The roasting process causes the leaves to turn a distinct brownish color and reduces the caffeine content by about half.

HOW TO BREW

- Add 150ml (5 fl oz) of boiling water (100ºC [212ºF])
- Steep for 45 seconds and serve
